Honey Spiced Nuts

Makes approximately 4 cups
3 x 150g packs Mother Earth Deluxe Mix, Supreme Nut Blend Natural
1 egg white
¼ cup Mother Earth Manuka Blend Honey
1 tsp each ground cumin, coriander and paprika
¼ tsp chilli powder, or to taste
1 tsp salt
Heat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with nonstick baking paper.
Whisk egg white for 1 minute in a bowl, add honey and spices and whisk for another minute to combine. Add nuts and stir well to coat.
Spread coated nuts out over the prepared baking tray. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown, crisp and dry.
Remove to cool then break up and store in an airtight container for up to one week.


The nuts may go sticky in humid weather. If this happens, simply re-bake for 5 minutes at 180°C to dry them out.
