Nutritional Information

  • All Mother Earth products are free from GMO ingredients, artificial colours and flavours.

Our nut range is not packaged in a certified gluten free facility.

  • Allergens are highlighted in bold text in the ingredient list on Mother Earth packaging.

There are also allergen statements under the ingredient list that tell you which allergens are contained in the packaged food, and which ones may be present.

You’ll see two statements, both of which are a legal requirement.

    1. Contains - means the allergens are in the food.
    2. May be present - means the allergens might be in the food.
  • No artificial colours or flavours means we only use colours or flavours that are derived from nature.

  • No preservatives means no preservatives have been added to prolong the life span of the product.

  • Health Star Rating is a voluntary labelling system, led by the Australian and New Zealand governments, that scores the overall nutritional value and healthiness of packaged foods. The system is designed to help you compare foods within a food category, like muesli bars, for example. The ratings go from half a star to five stars – the more stars on the pack, the healthier the product.

Visit the Health Star Rating website for more information: https://www.healthstarrating.gov.au

  • Each product’s Health Star Rating is calculated based on its composition of energy, saturated fat, sugars, sodium, dietary fibre and protein, and the product’s fruit, vegetable, nut and legume content. The quantity of each of these components determines the number of stars.

The product’s star rating is shown by the number of stars, prominently displayed on the pack.

Visit the Health Star Rating website for more information: https://www.healthstarrating.gov.au/calculator

  • The nutrition information panel on packs tells you the average nutritional values per recommended serving size and per 100g. The values per 100g help you compare the nutritional value between different products. The form and contents of this panel are specified by Food Standards Australia & New Zealand (FSANZ).
