Smoothie Bowl with Peanut Butter
- 1 tbsp. Mother Earth crunchy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup oats
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 banana, ½ in bowl + ½ for topping
- 1 heaped tsp. cocoa powder
- 100g Greek yoghurt
- Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour contents into a bowl.
- Top with ½ banana, chia seeds, cacao nibs, peanuts and Mother Earth crunchy peanut butter.
Tip: You could use any Mother Earth peanut butter, tailor to your tastebuds!
