Smoothie Bowl with Peanut Butter

Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 tbsp. Mother Earth crunchy peanut butter

2/3 cup oats

2/3 cup milk

1 banana, ½ in bowl + ½ for topping

1 heaped tsp. cocoa powder

100g Greek yoghurt

 

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth. Pour contents into a bowl.

Top with ½ banana, chia seeds, cacao nibs, peanuts and Mother Earth crunchy peanut butter.

 

Tip: You could use any Mother Earth peanut butter, tailor to your tastebuds!
