ANZ Future Ferns is Netball New Zealand’s official junior netball programme for year 1-8 children. The Future Ferns programme is all about encouraging kids to aim high, increase skills and have fun with friends in a safe learning environment.
With adapted rules, lighter balls and shorter goal posts children can participate through schools and netball centres across New Zealand.
Future Ferns Festival Days are events when young netballers from all over the country can get together at a local netball centre, meet some players and get an introduction to the sport.
This year Festival Days were held in Whangarei, Canterbury, Wanaka, Gore, Taranaki and Rotorua - for more information on Future Ferns Festival days see here
Mother Earth is proud to be a part of a programme that is committed to developing future generations of netballers.
